Our Smile Club is specifically designed for patients who do not have dental insurance.

Plan for Health members receive the highest level of dental care, while keeping dental treatment cost to a minimum.

Only patients who do not have dental insurance are eligible for membership.
All fees must be paid in full at the time of service.

The Smile Club is not an insurance plan and is not good with any other offers. The work is to be done at Suparna Vohra DDS. The Smile Club can be used for those without any dental insurance for an annual fee. This annual fee cannot be financed. Suparna Vohra DDS reserves the right to modify, change, and discontinue the plan, fees, terms, and services at the company’s option upon written notification prior to renewal.
